Scott Holtz - Manager

Scott Holtz serves as the Operations Manager, responsible for the day-to-day activities of Wills Construction & Realty. With a solid background in project management and a deep understanding of construction processes, Scott plays a crucial role in executing the company’s vision across its branches.

Project Management: Scott oversees scheduling, budgeting, and execution of projects across all locations, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

Team Coordination: He leads diverse teams of contractors and subcontractors, facilitating communication and collaboration among all parties involved in a project.

Wendy Blair - Secretary

Wendy Blair is the secretary at Wills Construction & Realty, providing vital administrative support that keeps operations running smoothly across all branches. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are key to the company’s efficiency.

John Williams Lewis - Assistant Manager


Roles and Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling Timeline Management: John tracks critical path milestones using scheduling software to ensure subcontractors, materials, and equipment arrive exactly when needed to avoid costly downtime.

Resource Allocation: He coordinates the daily assignment of labor and machinery across active jobsites.

Financial & Contract Administration
Budget Tracking: John monitors project expenditures against the baseline budget, tracking labor hours, material receipts, and equipment rental costs.

Change Orders & Invoicing: He reviews and processes change orders (modifications to the original scope of work) and helps prepare monthly progress billings for clients.

Subcontractor Compliance: He ensures that all subcontractors submit proper lien waivers, proof of insurance, and executed contracts before they begin work.

Field Supervision & Safety Liaison
Site Inspections: John frequently visits jobsites to verify that work aligns with architectural blueprints, engineering specifications, and quality standards.

Communication & Material Procurement
Vendor Management: He issues Purchase Orders (POs) for construction materials and tracks deliveries to ensure long-lead items (like structural steel or custom HVAC units) do not delay the build.
